After years working as an IT director and consulting with organizations across West Michigan, Steven noticed a pattern: business leaders were cobbling together technology solutions without a plan, reacting to problems instead of preventing them, and often ignoring security until an audit or client demanded it.
These companies faced the same risks and complexity as large enterprises — but without the resources or expertise to manage them. Steven believed there had to be a better way. That’s when he launched Trailhead with a clear mission: to provide simple, secure, and strategic technology guidance that helps businesses grow without the burden of managing IT themselves.
