Self Serve Password Reset
If your organization has enabled the Self-Serve Password Reset service in Microsoft 365, you can reset an expired or forgotten password yourself, without assistance from IT support.
On this page, are the steps you need to complete before you will be able to use the Self-Serve Password Reset service.

Steps you need to take to Enable Self-serve Password Reset for your Microsoft 365 Account
Step 1 - Setup Authentication Methods
To use the self-serve password reset feature you will first need to enroll by providing a current mobile phone number and/or alternate authentication method through this link http://office.com
Once this information has been provided, a verification code will be sent to the reset method you have selected to complete the enrolment process.
